Salon Me checks stylist calendars and salon chair capacity in real-time on our server. If another client has reserved that specialist or time slot, the system locks that slot instantly, ensuring you never face queue delays when you arrive at the salon.
How do I earn and redeem Loyalty Points?
For every ₹100 of eligible completed service spending, you automatically earn 10 points. 50 points can be redeemed for a ₹50 instant deduction on your next booking checkout.
What is the difference between ₹700 Partner and ₹400 Customer Referrals?
When you refer a fellow Salon Owner who joins and passes KYC verification, you get ₹700 in promotional credit for SaaS/subscription fees. When you refer a friend who completes their first booking, both of you receive ₹400 promotional credits in your customer wallet.
What is the Cancellation and Refund Policy?
You receive a 100% instant refund if cancelled more than 4 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations within 4 hours receive a 50% refund, while no-shows are non-refundable to respect stylist schedules.
